Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a Swati speech data collection project and help support the evaluation and development of the next generation of AI technologies. This freelance, work-from-home role offers flexible, task-based work (approximately 2–4 hours daily) with an immediate start and an hourly rate of 8 USD.

You will record natural Swati speech, annotate data, and provide metadata for each recording.

Qualifications

• Native Swati fluency required.
• Advanced English to understand instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail when annotating and recording metadata.
• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Swati speech per guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations (workplace, casual conversations).
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice/text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data per instructions.
• Provide metadata for each recording.
