Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors on a freelance basis to help evaluate and develop next-generation AI technologies. This remote, work-from-home role offers flexible, task-based engagement with around 2-4 hours daily and immediate start.

You will record natural speech in Tswana, annotate data, and provide metadata while following project guidelines. English proficiency is required to understand instructions; prior data-recording experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Tswana.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Tswana speech per guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations such as conversations.
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice/text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data according to instructions.
• Provide accurate metadata for each recording.
