RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to support a Southern Sotho (South Africa) speech data collection project. This freelance, work-from-home role offers flexible, task-based work (about 2-4 hours daily) starting immediately, with payment at 8 USD per hour.

You will record natural speech, annotate audio, and provide metadata to help evaluate and improve conversational AI models. Prior recording experience is a plus but not required; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Southern Sotho (South Africa).
• Strong English reading and following instructions.
• Attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording is a plus.
