Work from home with flexible, task-based hours (approximately 2-4 hours daily). Start immediately with payment at 9 USD per hour. Prior data experience is not required, but attention to detail is essential for accurate annotations and metadata.

Qualifications

• Native-level Swati fluency.
• Advanced English to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Swati speech per project guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations (e.g., conversations).
• Complete conversational speech tasks with AI or machine-based systems.
• Annotate data according to provided instructions and metadata.
• Provide required information and recording metadata for each entry.
