Mercier Consultancy Group in Los Angeles is seeking a driven Freelance Recruiter to join our on-site team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build a strong candidate pipeline across industries, working with a globally respected staffing brand.

This role offers autonomy to run your own desk, flexible scheduling, high commission potential, and access to an established client network.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in recruitment — hands-on within the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
• Able to invoice as a freelance professional for services rendered.
• Able to attend a 1 day on-site training in Los Angeles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer and placement.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across disciplines served by the firm.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized job advertisements for US and international roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and data integrity throughout all stages.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience reflecting premium standards.
• Contribute to business development and expand recruitment operations in the US.
