Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a freelance recruiter to independently manage the full recruitment cycle across diverse client briefs in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.

You will build a strong pipeline, source and screen candidates, and facilitate final placements while nurturing client and candidate relationships. On-site induction in New York is required, and invoicing capability is essential for this freelance role.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in recruitment.
• Invoicing capability.
• Ability to attend a 1 day on-site training in New York.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for freelance recruitment within staffing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full recruitment cycle across client briefs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through headhunting and networking.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Craft compelling job advertisements to attract English-speaking talent in the US and beyond.
• Conduct thorough assessments, structured interviews, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Mercier Consultancy Group to meet placement targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in recruitment systems.
• Attend required training, including on-site induction in New York.
