Job summary

SpeakIt is seeking a freelance Multilingual Recruitment Specialist to join the team in a remote, fully freelance capacity. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and delivering strong candidate experiences.

You’ll work 100% remotely with the ability to set your own schedule, while benefiting from onboarding and a compensation package that includes fixed and performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and best practices.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for client positions.
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates.
• Presenting CVs to internal team and coordinating next steps.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Reporting to Recruitment Manager and Team Leader.
