Job summary

SHAZAM seeks a Fraud Specialist to join our team as a remote call-center professional. You will verify suspicious debit card activity, learn our fraud-detection system, and help reduce fraud while protecting cardholder accounts across financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or fraud detection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming and outbound calls to verify suspicious card activity.
• Understand fraud case management via the fraud detection system.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and assist in mitigation.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
