Job summary

SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. is seeking a Fraud Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. You will work to identify and reduce fraud, protecting cardholder accounts while supporting financial institutions.

The role starts at $20.00 per hour and includes a 2nd shift from Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm to 10pm. Responsibilities include calling cardholders to verify activity, mastering our fraud detection system, and spotting trends to mitigate fraudulent transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, or fraud detection is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated reliability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound and outbound call center with a positive attitude.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improvement and goals.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple screens while talking on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming and initiate outbound calls to cardholders to verify suspicious debit card activity.
• Acquire understanding of fraud case management through our fraud detection system.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and assist in mitigating fraudulent transactions.
• Demonstrate professional and respectful interaction with customers.
