Our next class begins in June 2025. We are currently hiring for various shifts, including:

• 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey)
• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST (Illinois)
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM MDT (Utah)
• 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM MST (Arizona)

Note: Shifts are Monday through Friday, with weekends as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns, including verifying transactions, caller authentication, and reporting fraud.
• Handle incoming calls and referrals, and make outbound calls as needed.
• Manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues.
• If working from home, maintain a quiet workspace with a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload, using a wired connection.
• Utilize provided equipment, including monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and headset, and participate in comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience

Additional Information

The application deadline is May 9, 2025. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.40 per hour, plus incentives.
