Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient in English.
• Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls.
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately.
