Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in CPG sales, key account management, franchise management, or operations.
• Proven track record translating strategies into territory plans and improving results.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience in P&L management.
• Deep understanding of channel marketing and competitive analysis.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams and partners.
• Commitment to in-market presence for frontline learning.

• Drive performance across the full portfolio in the West Region.
• Expand territory potential through effective execution of commercial plans.
• Align regional teams on priorities across customers and channels.
