For our client, we are seeking a Director, Franchise Operations - United West to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This leader will oversee regional franchise operations for a major beverage portfolio across the West Region, with a strong focus on execution, performance management, and cross-functional alignment. The role is responsible for translating commercial strategy into actionable territory plans that strengthen market results and support broader business objectives. The successful candidate will partner closely with regional teams, customers, and channel stakeholders to identify performance gaps, guide corrective action, and improve execution discipline in the field.

The position also requires active in-market engagement to build frontline understanding, monitor key indicators, and contribute to operating routines that drive consistent performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,000 – $169,000 annually
