Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Franchise Operations - All Mainstream to lead franchise performance across a major U.S. region in the Food & Beverages space. This remote role partners with independent bottlers and cross-functional teams to translate commercial strategy into disciplined execution.

You will drive territory plans, monitor key metrics, and implement corrective actions to grow the franchise network while maintaining strong in-market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in CPG sales, key account management, franchise management, or operations.
• Ability to turn strategies into actionable territory plans and strong P&L judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across the South Region bottler network and franchise portfolio.
• Expand territory potential through effective execution of commercial plans.
• Strengthen partnerships with independent bottlers by aligning priorities.
• Lead bottler-specific execution plans and milestones.
• Assess market performance and recommend interventions.
• Participate in performance routines to track key indicators.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
