FirstLight Home Care Corporate in Cincinnati seeks a Launch Coach to guide new, transferring, and expanding franchise owners through the launch phase. You will serve as the primary operational resource to help franchisees achieve growth, meet regulatory milestones, and deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in home care operations, care coordination, or franchise support.
• Proven coaching skills with ability to identify roadblocks and guide franchisees.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Launch Management: guide franchisees through pre-opening, licensure, and accreditation using launch checklists.
• Strategic Business Coaching: weekly virtual consultations on business planning, 3-year projections, finance, marketing, recruitment, and retention.
• Facilitate Training: lead training sessions in Cincinnati and manage curricula across internal platforms.
• Operational Leadership: act as frontline contact for accounting, technology, client care, and operations during launch.
• Seamless Transitions: collaborate with operations to track key metrics and hand off to support teams.
