Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Sales Consultant for a 100% remote position with travel across the NC, SC, VA, DC, MD, DE and PA sales territory. You will own the complete deal flow from prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and final conversion to meet annual sales goals.

You will leverage CRM to manage pipeline, engage in brand events, and collaborate with shared services to support franchisees. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in sales/inside sales
• Ability to read financial statements and identify deals
• Strong presentation skills both in person and virtual
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal flow from prospecting to conversion
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets with brand-approved categories
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve funnel
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through all sales process stages
