Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for Century 21 Real Estate to own the franchise sales pipeline across a defined U.S. territory. This 100% remote role requires residence within the territory and travel to close deals.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, brand strategy execution, and collaboration with shared services to accelerate growth and franchise adoption.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a sales and/or inside sales environment with emphasis on business development and/or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle including prospecting, building and encouraging relationships, negotiation, and finalizing conversions.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand approved sales deal categories and balance multiple deals.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams to improve effectiveness.
• Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process independently with support from manager in final meetings.
