Job summary

The Corcoran Group is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for the West territory. This 100% remote role involves proactive outbound prospecting, building relationships with independent brokerage owners, and creating a strong pipeline of franchise opportunities for the Regional Vice President to advance.

You will lead early-stage meetings, analyze market opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive territory growth while traveling 50–75% to engage in-person with prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales/business development/franchise development experience.
• Strong outbound sales and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience with real estate, franchise sales, brokerage operations is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and sales technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive outbound prospecting across assigned markets through calls, texts, emails, social outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person market activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent brokerage owners, team leaders, and industry influencers to create a sustainable pipeline of future franchise opportunities.
• Lead early-stage prospect meetings, discovery conversations, and presentations, partnering with the RVP as qualified opportunities advance.
• Qualify prospects based on strategic fit, growth potential, and readiness; create clear next steps for opportunities entering the pipeline.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline that supports territory growth objectives and revenue goals.
• Provide market intelligence to inform territory planning and growth strategy.
