Huzzle is hiring a Marketing Manager – Demand Generation / Growth Marketing to lead high-impact demand generation strategies for B2B clients. This fractional, contract-based remote marketing role suits a senior growth marketer who builds scalable pipeline engines and leverages AI-powered workflows to drive revenue outcomes.

You'll partner with content, sales, and leadership teams to convert thought leadership into high-converting campaigns, optimizing the full funnel from awareness to conversion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven success in building scalable demand generation engines that drive revenue.
• Strong expertise in ABM/ABMS.
• Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and multi-touch funnels.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with client revenue goals.
• Build scalable, full-funnel marketing systems across awareness, acquisition, nurture, and conversion.
• Design integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth.
• Leverage AI tools and marketing tech to improve efficiency and velocity.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, etc.) and ABM strategies.
