Attivo Partners is seeking entrepreneurial CFOs to serve as strategic finance leaders for a portfolio of venture-backed startups. You will drive planning, forecasting, and KPI dashboards while leading AI-enabled finance transformations across ERP, billing, and FP&A.

As a senior client-facing role, you’ll manage relationships with CEOs, boards, and investors, advise on capital strategy, and help clients scale with sound governance and processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide trusted fractional CFO services and strategic advisory to CEOs, founders, and investors.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for client portfolios.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Drive AI transformation by architecting client operating systems across ERP, revenue, and FP&A.
• Manage cash, treasury, and capital deployment with ROI-focused decisions.
• Guide equity and debt financings, data rooms, and investor due diligence.
• Advise on M&A, contracts, pricing, ASC 606 revenue, and non-dilutive funding.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, and relationships with external advisers.
• Identify risks and maintain strong internal controls tailored to client needs.
