Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership experience in venture-backed or emerging growth companies.
• Proven track record leading equity/debt financings and investor relations.
• Experience as a fractional CFO or multi-client advisory environment.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted fractional CFO and strategic advisor to CEOs, founders, and investors.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and runway planning.
• Oversee financial statements, management reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Lead AI transformation and implementation of core systems across ERP, billing, and FP&A.
