Job summary

Keenfinity Group seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Critical Communications Systems business unit, owning the full P&L and leading FP&A in a developing finance environment. You’ll forecast, report, and model scenarios with cross-functional teams to translate data into practical insights guiding growth and discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive finance, FP&A, or business analytics experience with strong data execution and month-end close support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, formulas; experience with SAP, Power BI or Power Query preferred.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to influence decisions and partner with business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L view for the business unit and support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-based analysis.
• Prepare KPI reporting, financial summaries, and leadership materials linking performance to drivers.
• Model growth scenarios, pricing, and investment decisions; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics to understand cost drivers and risks.
• Analyze cash flow, capital expenditures, and ROI to support strategic decisions.
