Job summary

HealthPartners seeks a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to build and lead a new enterprise FP&A function. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and management reporting, translating data into clear insights for strategic decisions.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance & FP&A, you will partner with care delivery, health plan, and shared services leaders to shape processes and develop financial narratives for executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or related area.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate financial information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Runs consolidated forecasting across health plan and care group.
• Executes on FP&A calendar, governance, and processes.
• Ensures standardization of forecasting methodologies and assumptions.
• Aligns forecasting with accounting and operational finance.
• Prepares presentation of financial results to CFO and leadership.
• Develops executive presentations and communicates results clearly.
• Provides scenario modeling and decision support.
• Supports long-range financial planning and governance.
• Leads enterprise cash flow and balance sheet forecasting.
