Job summary

WCG is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to partner with designated business units and senior leadership. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize performance and support decisions.

You will build forward-looking models and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and other tools, manage variance analysis, and present insights to executives. A minimum of seven years FP&A experience and a finance or accounting degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years FP&A or related roles.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Power BI.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, KPI reporting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide FP&A and reporting that supports strategic initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions, functions, or products.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control, identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario planning for new initiatives and investments.
• Prepare executive-level reports and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
