WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to act as a strategic partner across business units. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, develop forward-looking models, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, maintaining KPIs and dashboards, and driving efficiency through automation. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights) preferred.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable senior leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; ensure alignment with targets.
• Develop financial models and dashboards for timely insights.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control while enabling growth.
• Provide ad-hoc modeling and ROI assessments for initiatives.
