Job summary

WCG is seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to partner with multiple business units and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will build models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to deliver timely insights for senior leadership.

You’ll drive cost control, ROI analyses, and scenario planning while advancing FP&A processes and automation. A strong finance background and executive communication are essential in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and BI tools (Power BI).
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, KPI & dashboard reporting, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience in process improvement and reporting automation.
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide FP&A, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions or products.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control to optimize expenses.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling, ROI, and scenario planning.
• Drive process improvements and automate FP&A deliverables.
• Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations.
