Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is hiring an FP&A Manager to partner with designated business units and corporate functions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize performance.

The role requires delivering forward-looking models, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, and developing dashboards with Excel and Power BI. A dynamic, fast-paced environment offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite/Adaptive Insights and Power BI is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, KPI/dashboard reporting, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data for senior leadership.
• Experience in process improvement and reporting automation.
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide FP&A, reporting, and analytics that drive performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions or products with accuracy and alignment.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control to enable growth priorities.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and ROI assessments for new initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and automation for FP&A deliverables.
• Prepare executive-level reports and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• May lead others indirectly through project assignments.
