You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, build forward-looking models, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The role focuses on delivering timely insights, optimizing performance, and aligning financial targets with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and Power BI.
• Ability to present financial information to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for timely insights.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control to optimize expenses while enabling growth.
• Provide ad-hoc modeling, ROI assessments, and scenario planning for new initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation for FP&A deliverables.
• Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations highlighting trends and risks.
