Job summary

WCG is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to act as a strategic partner across business units and corporate functions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, develop forward-looking models, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

You will build dashboards and KPIs using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, drive efficiency, and communicate trends and risks to executives. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights) and BI tools (Power BI).
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, KPI dashboards, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide FP&A, planning, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with alignment to targets.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Manage variance analysis, cost control, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling, ROI assessments, and scenario planning.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and recommendations.
