Job summary

Silverchair is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team, focusing on revenue analytics, operational reporting, and strategic planning for our SaaS business.

You will lead ARR reporting, Salesforce metrics, forecasting, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Tech Ops. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that delivers actionable insights to leadership; it is fully remote with strong preference for the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–6 years of financial analysis experience
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead ARR reporting initiatives with product-specific analysis and cohort analytics
• Develop Salesforce reporting infrastructure to ensure reliable revenue metrics
• Analyze customer movement data and churn patterns
• Build SaaS metrics dashboards including P&L, ARR, run rate, and EBITDA reporting
• Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Collaborate as finance business partner to Sales, CS, Delivery, and Tech Ops
