Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to join a data-driven finance team supporting a multi-entity SaaS business across the US, UK, Portugal, and Australia. You’ll own planning, forecasting, and the performance narrative, and oversee reporting and analytics used by executives and boards.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-powered analysis, and practical governance while collaborating with finance, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related analytical role, ideally in SaaS or a multi-entity business.
• Advanced financial modeling and a strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands‑on data skills: SQL and BI or analytics tools, and comfort working across multiple source systems.
• Working knowledge of an ERP, NetSuite strongly preferred; CRM and CPQ data (Salesforce, DealHub) an advantage.
• Demonstrated use of automation and AI tools to improve finance or analytics workflows.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the consolidated operating model across all entities and revenue streams.
• Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling cash and P&L forecasts.
• Run budget-versus-actual and variance analysis with clear commentary on drivers.
• Develop unit economics and margin analysis by revenue stream including gifting wallet and sourcing.
• Produce board, lender, and management reporting narrative and translate results into key metrics.
