Job summary

Arcoro is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A function. The role involves shaping the financial strategy by providing insights for decision-making and improving performance.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of financial modeling and SaaS metrics. You’ll manage a high-performing team while collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-growth, VC or PE-backed SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver timely and actionable insights through in-depth analysis of key business and SaaS KPIs.
• Collaborate with CFO and CEO to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial presentations and analysis for board meetings.
