Job summary

Drawbridge is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function and support the CFO with strategic financial decision-making. This remote role is ideal for someone in the Mountain Timezone and eager to build planning processes, models, and dashboards.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, working closely with the executive team, board, and investors to drive disciplined financial performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial planning and analysis with progressive roles.
• 3–5 years in a PE-backed SaaS environment required.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Partner with CFO, executive team, board, and PE sponsors.
• Create dashboards and board materials for leadership and investors.
• Collaborate with accounting for month-end close and cash forecasting.
• Design planning processes, metrics, and reporting standards.
