Zentiva S.A. is seeking a Team Lead FP&A (m/f/o) with remote work possible from Germany to strengthen our Finance & ITS Team in Germany. You will lead a small FP&A team, drive budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A/controlling, leadership experience, and strong Power BI/Excel skills. English fluency is essential; German is a plus in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional FP&A/controlling/audit/data analytics experience in fast-paced environments.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerBI; ability to coach non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small FP&A team (2 analysts).
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Monitor performance vs budget, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Partner with business units to deliver FP&A support and reporting.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and BI solutions in Power BI.
• Lead process automation initiatives with Power Automate and related tools.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
