STRIVE Recruitment Inc. is recruiting for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a high-growth global technology organization.
This senior leader will partner with the CFO and executive team to elevate FP&A from reporting to strategic decision support, embedding AI, automation, and modern planning. Qualifications
- 15+ years of FP&A and strategic finance experience.
- Experience as VP or Head of FP&A in a large multinational.
- Industry experience in Technology, SaaS, Digital, Retail Technology, FMCG, or Media.
- Proven success leading FP&A transformation initiatives.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, BI, and modern planning tools.
- Experience implementing rolling forecasts, driver-based planning, or integrated business planning.
- Strong executive business partnering to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record leading finance teams across multiple locations.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives including capital allocation, commercial decision-making, and M&A.
Responsibilities

- Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and become a trusted thought partner to executive leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A, investment analysis, and enterprise-wide transformation.
- Lead the transformation of FP&A into a modern, technology-enabled finance function.
- Champion AI, automation, BI, and advanced analytics to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
- Drive the evolution toward rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, and dynamic planning capabilities.
- Introduce innovative ways of working that improve forecasting accuracy, planning agility, and executive insight.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
- Influence strategic decision-making through commercial analysis and scenario planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed FP&A team.

STRIVE has partnered with a high-growth, global technology organization to appoint a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for redefining how Finance supports the business - evolving FP&A from a reporting and forecasting function into a strategic partner that helps shape executive decision-making across the organization.
We're looking for a commercially minded finance leader who is naturally curious, thrives on solving complex business problems, and enjoys challenging conventional thinking. You will work alongside the executive leadership team to provide forward-looking insights, influence strategic priorities, and build a modern FP&A function that enables faster, better business decisions.
A key part of this mandate will be leading the evolution of the FP&A function by embedding AI, automation, advanced analytics, and modern planning methodologies to improve forecasting, accelerate decision-making, and enable Finance to spend less time producing reports and more time influencing the future of the business.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic intelligence, with the ability to solve complex business problems, influence executive decision-making, challenge conventional thinking, and translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights.
- MBA, CPA, CFA and/or CBV designation preferred.
- Advanced expertise in financial modelling, planning systems, Business Intelligence platforms, and data analytics tools.

- Base Salary: €155,000 - $180,000
