Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the remote Finance team. You will partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while building relationships across the organization.

You will use Pigment and Claude AI to speed up analysis, produce executive reports, and run scenario modeling. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in FP&A or related roles within high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling.
• Hands-on with Pigment FP&A and Claude AI for analysis.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: NRR, GRR, churn, ARR.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial partnering with department heads including budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain revenue and retention metrics; ensure data integrity with Revenue Ops.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and insights for leadership.
• Leverage Pigment and Claude AI to automate finance workflows.
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate across teams to support strategic initiatives.
