Job summary

Clari + Salesloft in the United States (remote) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing Finance team and partner with Product & Engineering to scale our SaaS platform. You will lead R&D financial partnering, develop monthly/quarterly reports, and leverage Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate analysis and model scenarios for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis in a high-growth tech/B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Hands-on with FP&A platforms (Pigment) and AI tools (Claude AI) to accelerate analysis.
• Exposure to or interest in R&D and technology finance (engineering headcount, cloud infra costs, software capitalization).
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills and quick learning of new systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engineering leaders and ELT.
• Collaborative mindset focused on team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D Financial Partnering with Product & Engineering leadership, evaluating unit economics and investment KPIs.
• Drive monthly and quarterly management reporting, identifying trends and risks for senior leadership.
• Leverage Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and scenario modeling.
• Perform ad-hoc business case evaluations and strategic technology investment analyses.
• Support month-end close with variance analysis and R&D financial reporting.
