Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Global FP&A Manager to join our team and report to the Head of FP&A. This onsite role is based in Creedmoor, NC, with collaboration across BU Finance, Sales, and Operations to drive financial and operating performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics and 5+ years of analyst experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent presentation skills to distill complex data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU Finance Directors and other teams to drive financial performance.
• Provide analysis and insights to senior management.
• Own day-to-day FP&A activities including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs and track KPIs.
• Build and maintain financial models across sites.
• Drive automation and AI capabilities within Finance.
• Identify process improvements across the business.
