Qualifications
- 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience.
- Experience in professional services, SaaS, or services-based business.
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for assigned areas.
- Develop financial models and analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
- Partner with leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic decisions.
- Analyze project economics, including revenue, profitability, utilization, capacity, margins, and resource needs.
- Provide visibility into services performance and opportunities to improve profitability and utilization.
