Job summary

Strada is seeking a strategic and analytically minded Director, FP&A to partner with business leaders and drive financial performance across the organization. This role goes beyond budgeting to provide insights on growth, profitability, pricing, resources, and investments.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, shaping decisions across geographies and units. Experience in SaaS or services-based finance, MBA/CPA/CFA preferred, with advanced Excel and financial modeling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related discipline.
• Experience at Senior Manager level or readiness for Director-level responsibility.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for assigned areas.
• Develop financial models and analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Partner with leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic decisions.
