Job summary

Precision Point Metrics is seeking a hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to build and lead our FP&A and business intelligence capabilities. This fully remote role is ideal for someone in the Central Time Zone within the United States.

The Director will partner with the CFO/CEO and executives to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve EBITDA, cash flow, and enterprise value, while shaping the FP&A function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership experience.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, acquisition-oriented, or high-growth company strongly preferred.
• Experience with M&A, integrations, and post-acquisition performance management.
• Experience in the sale process and due diligence.
• Strong understanding of EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and business performance.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP, planning, business intelligence, and data visualization tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data modeling, and ETL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term planning processes.
• Develop financial models linking operating drivers to revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and capital needs.
• Improve forecast accuracy, scenario analysis, and visibility into future performance.
• Establish consistent planning processes and accountability across the organization.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and prior periods; identify drivers of revenue and margins.
• Lead cash-flow forecasting and monitor liquidity, debt service, and capex.
• Support acquisition analysis, due diligence, and investment cases; post-acquisition integration.
• Prepare financial and operating reporting for executives, board, and lenders.
• Build FP&A data and BI capabilities; lead a high-performing team.
