Job summary

Ethos is seeking FP&A managers/directors to own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for an AI-focused program. You will craft and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across monthly and board-level materials, ensuring clarity and impact.

The role offers flexible, 5-20 hours per week, fully remote engagement, with an ASAP start and a compensation of $80/hour. Strong written communication and variance storytelling are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (MBR decks, budget/forecast decks, variance exhibits, board packages, long-range plan decks, KPI slides).
