Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will own board reporting, craft variance storytelling, and develop financial exhibits for monthly reviews and board packages. Expert PowerPoint and meticulous written communication are essential as you shape AI-driven presentations and KPI dashboards.

Fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP. Prior experience in AI/tech finance is a plus; compensation: $80/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for monthly reviews, budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
