Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A leader (manager or director) to shape budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for AI-driven presentation tasks. You will oversee the creation of monthly decks, variance analyses, and KPI slides while ensuring top-tier PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear written communication.

This role is fully remote in the United States with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting processes.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop monthly business review decks, budget/forecast slides, variance exhibits, and KPI dashboards.
