Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A group manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for AI-generated presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and crafting high-quality slides for monthly reviews and board materials.

This fully remote, flexible engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start. A strong track record in FP&A and executive communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (monthly business reviews, budget/forecast decks, variance exhibits).
• Prepare board finance packages and KPI dashboard slides; ensure accuracy and clarity of storytelling.
