Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking a strategic FP&A Director to lead financial planning and analysis, performance reporting, and transformation initiatives. The role partners with IT and data owners to embed AI in finance and drive cross-functional impact across manufacturing and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep finance experience, strong leadership, and a track record of driving measurable improvements using advanced analytics and ERP systems like SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or CMA designation; CPA or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly business results reporting package (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs) with variance commentary.
• Facilitate weekly/monthly performance review meetings with functional leaders and drive accountability.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast processes with driver-based models for volume, price, mix, and manufacturing performance.
• Develop a sourcing-based commodity position management framework supporting margin protection and timely decisions.
