Job summary

Black Dragon Capital LLC (BDC) is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join One Dragon Services. You will drive forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis, partnering with portfolio leaders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related finance, solid GAAP knowledge, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and experience supporting private equity or investment operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent modeling, Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in private equity or investment space is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise portfolio companies on financial standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly reports, variance analyses, and executive presentations.
• Provide dashboards and insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Assist with audit preparations and GAAP compliance.
