Job summary

BDA Inc. in Woodinville, WA is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive FP&A, planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a fast-moving, global organization.

You will partner with senior leaders, simplify complex data, and coach a high-performing finance team while supporting acquisitions, cost optimization, and new business opportunities. This role is hybrid, onsite four days a week with one day remote.

Qualifications

• 10+ years finance experience in a large-scale, multi-location environment.
• Minimum of 5 years in a financial planning and analysis role at a manager level.
• Ability to engage cross-functionally to provide insights, influence and outcomes to improve business performance.
• Strong knowledge of finance and analytical acumen for decision making.
• Lead a team with financial modeling skills and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes: annual planning, forecasts, cash flow and balance sheet analysis.
• Report financial results to business leaders and develop performance metrics.
• Support acquisitions, cost optimization, and process improvements.
• Prepare senior management presentations and influence cross-functional partners.
• Analyze performance vs competitors and drive actionable insights.
