Job summary

Guild Education, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance Team. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and leadership-facing analyses to drive strategic decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and support the company’s mission with rigorous financial planning and business partnering. You’ll build and refine forecasting models, deliver monthly close packages, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate finance function, investment banking, consulting, or private equity/growth equity
• Excel is required with the ability to build complex financial models and perform quantitative analysis
• Self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented mindset in a fast-paced growth environment
• Strong communication skills to present to board members, clients, and senior leadership
• Attention to detail with a data-driven, results-focused approach
• Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Familiarity with cloud-based planning/FP&A tooling is a plus
• Experience with finance business partnering or FP&A is preferred
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership and executives

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting components to plan headcount, cash flow, and resources
• Prepare financial reporting, presentations, and monthly close packages for Board and executives
• Analyze business trends to provide actionable insights for leadership
• Enhance forecast models and streamline reporting through process improvements
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects including scenario planning and profitability analysis
