Job summary

DBM Global Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.

This role partners with leadership to align financial plans with strategic objectives and drive operational excellence. You will lead variance analyses, build robust three-statement models, and oversee dashboards and data analytics to inform executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• MBA and/or CFA/CPA are preferred.
• 2–4 years of FP&A/corporate finance or accounting experience demanded.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/EPM and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting: support annual operating plan and quarterly/monthly forecasts.
• Prepare and review variance analyses and performance metrics.
• Lead data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to drive decision making.
• Develop three-statement financial models and scenarios as needed.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements across FP&A.
